Policies

Late Arrivals:

Tardiness Scheduled appointments have a 15 minute grace period to allow for unpredicted traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 15 minutes, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse complete services or charge a $15 late fee.

Cancellation Policy:

At Alexander Nicole Nail Lounge, we strive to provide the best possible service and experience to all our valued clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for appointment rescheduling or cancellations. To maintain fairness and efficiency in managing our appointments, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Appointment Cancellation:

Clients are requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting. In the event of late cancellations or no-shows, a cancellation fee of $20 will be charged. This fee helps cover the expenses and time allocated for the missed appointment.

Rescheduling:

If a client wishes to reschedule their appointment, we kindly request them to notify us at least 12 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of a new time slot, especially during peak hours.

Communication Methods:

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments by calling our salon directly during operating hours or by using our online booking system. Cancellation or rescheduling requests sent via email or social media platforms may not be considered valid until confirmed by our salon

Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can occur, In such cases, we encourage clients to contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis. Clients experiencing contagious illnesses or infections are strongly advised to reschedule their appointments to protect the health and safety of our staff and other clients. Please note that our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fair treatment for all our clients and to help us maintain a high standard of service. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please feel free to contact our salon directly.

Customer Satisfaction Promise:

Alexander Nicole Nail Lounge guarantees each and every service it provides to a customer. If your client expresses dissatisfaction. immediately seek Management’s assistance so that the clients concems are promptly and appropriately addressed. A client has the option to retum to the Salon to have a service “redo” if not pleased with any service Our policy is to allow the client two (2) weeks to have another service to correct any problems with the initial service. Clients are to return to the same technician; however, should the client choose to have another technician perform the service, the fee for the replacement service will split with the original technician. Always guarantee your work, and let y-Our clients know they Can return if they are unhappy. All “redo” services are dcxurnented to track service trends or concerns.

Children and Pets:

In order to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere children are only permitted in the salon if they are seen by one of our Nail Techs For safety reasons and insurance NO child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not want to compromise you and our Other guests experience and kindly ask that you make your child care arrangements prior to your scheduled appointment. We do not have the facilities to care for children and will not provide child sug*rvision. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED

Pets of any kind. other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology have specific Rules and Regulations stating cleanliness and sanitatiom and we abide by these rules. In order to protect our clients that are more susceptible to allergens, NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Service dcgs with the official ‘Service Animal’ vests are the ONLY exception. Therapy dogs, emotional support dogs and/or companion dogs are not recognized as ‘Service Animals” according to The State of Michigan Human Rights Commission, We invite you to talk with us about any questions or concerns.

Right to Refuse Services:

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:
Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious
Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area
Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service
Anyone more than 10-15 minutes late for an appointment
Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers
